In 2019, we held Asia’s largest LGBTQ+ filmmaking conference "GOL SUMMIT" for the first time. In the past year, we have seen how many markets around the world (from US and Europe, to Japan, Thailand and Philippines) are seeking more LGBTQ+ stories to invest in.

In 2020, after the first anniversary of the legalization of same-sex marriage in Taiwan, we want to ask, what is the current and future of LGBTQ+ content? How can we bring niche stories to a mainstream audience? And most importantly, how can we work together to make this happen?

In addition, and for the first time this year, and in collaboration with Taiwan Creative Content Agency and as part of the 2020 Taiwan Creative Content Fest International Market (TCCF), we present the 2020 GagaOOLala Pitching Sessions (GPS) where fifteen pre-selected projects will be pitched to our international jury looking for investment opportunities from GagaOOLala.
